Tapioca Pearl
Tapioca or Pearl or Boba, is the #1 topping in the bubble tea world. You get 2 packs of 300g. This product requires cooking.
Cooking instruction:
- It is recommended to use 250ml of water for 30g of pearl.
- Bring water to a boil and add in the pearls. Stir to make sure the pearls are not sticking to each other.
- Cook it for 9 mins.
- Remove the pot off the stove and close the lid to let it steam for 9 mins to bring out the chewiness.
- Rinse it with cold water before serving.
