If you change your mind, please contact us asap (within 24 hours). Please note, once the order is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Returns
We only offer returns on non-food items for up to 7 days. Please email us within 7 days at info@bubbleteateam.com to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you step by step. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. It must be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
For food safety reasons, We can not accept returns on any food related items such as, Tea, Syrups, Powders, and Toppings.
Refunds
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment only.
Received a wrong item?
We always try our best to pack order as quickly and accurately as possible. However, if you received an item that did not belong to your order, please contact us right away by emailing us at info@bubbleteateam.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You've contacted us with 72 hours from receiving the item
- The Goods are still in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is passed.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer returns to collect the product or pays the following additional fees to have the item reshipped:
- An additional shipping fee is paid (Standard $9.95 normal shipping)
- A standard $10 processing and handling fee
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Item Damaged/ Missing Items
At the Bubble Tea Team, we always want to ensure that your experience with us is perfect. Unfortunately, this can not always be the case and and there are rare instances where the item arrives damaged or not as ordered.
This can include:
- Items damaged
- Forgotten items
- Other instances that are assessed by Bubble Tea Team on a case by case basis.
If you have received an item that is damaged which includes but is not limited to broken items and forgotten items please contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process of either organizing a refund or resending replacements.
When contacting our team in regards to a damaged item or forgotten item please include:
- Name that is listed on the order
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or evidence proving that the items are damaged or missing
If it is determined by our customer service team that there is indeed a major issue with the products you have purchased you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
- A full refund of the purchase price paid for the item to be refunded to the original payment method.
- A complete replacement of the order (If the entire order is deemed damaged)
- A replacement of the missing or damaged items
If a replacement of the product or part is chosen all postage to deliver the item will be covered by Bubble Tea Club
Returning Goods
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
